Cancer and palliative care

A GP's role extends from primary prevention of cancer, palliation to terminal care and requires a wide range of competencies.

Palliative care of non malignant conditions such as MND, CCF is increasingly becoming part of our role as GPs and requires a commitment to multidisciplinary team working and continuous professional development.
