Arif Kazi is based at Sowerby Bridge where he enjoys life as a Trainer and Pennine Programme Director. His clinical interests include diabetes, chronic disease management and service development. Living in the heart of Halifax his family keep him out of mischief!

Matt Smith is based at Wyke on the border between Calderdale and Bradford. In addition to being a Trainer and Programme Director he has a particular interest in endocrinology and evidence based practice. Outside of work he restores classic cars and has a passion for reading autobiographies.
