The Clinical Supervisor's Report (CSR) (click)

This forms part of the evidence which is gathered through WPBA. The ePortfolio has a section for the clinical supervisor to write a short structured report on the GPStR at the end of each hospital post. This covers:

• The knowledge base relevant to the post
• Practical skills relevant to the post
• The professional competences

The Educational Supervisor's Report (click)

Twice within every six months a GP Specialty Trainee (GPST) during the ST1, 2 and 3 has to take part in an education supervision meeting. Read about the areas assessed and what is required of you the Registrar.

 

Annual Review of Competency Progression panel (click)

Once a year all GPSTs are assessed on the basis of their:

• e-portfolio
• Educational Supervision Reports
• Clinical Supervision Reports
