Tools for Trainers

Our role as Trainers has changed dramatically, such that we now are involved in both a GP Specialty Trainee's (GPSTs) formative and summative assessment. We also have to come to grips with the new curriculum, learn to use the new tools employed in workplace based assessment, the e-portfolio and the numerous deadlines for satisfactory completion of training.

Our downloads help demystify the assessment process and provide useful tools for ensuring that you the Trainer and your Trainee get the most from the assessments and can produce an education plan which will interest and enthuse your Trainee while ensuring they remain on track for nMRCGP.
